Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care in a long-term care and skilled nursing environment. The LPN will work closely with registered nurses physicians and interdisciplinary team members to deliver safe compassionate and patient-centered care.

This position requires strong clinical skills excellent communication abilities and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of resident care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor and document resident conditions reporting changes to the appropriate healthcare team members
  • Assist with assessments and implementation of individualized care plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Support infection prevention and safety protocols
  • Collaborate with nurses physicians therapists and other healthcare professionals
  • Educate residents and families regarding treatments and care plans
  • Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in resident condition

Requirements

  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
  • Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Strong clinical and patient care skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
  • Previous long-term care skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred
