Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a short-term assignment in a skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care administer medications monitor resident conditions and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

This role is suited for LPNs seeking structured travel assignments within long-term care environments.


Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents according to individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor assess and document patient conditions and changes
Assist with admissions discharges and resident assessments
Collaborate with RNs CNAs physicians and interdisciplinary team members
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Ensure compliance with infection control and facility safety standards
Deliver compassionate patient-centered care


Assignment Details

Start Date: 06/08/2026
End Date: 08/03/2026

Shift: Day Shift (Extended)
Shift Time: 07:00 19:30

Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours per Week
Contract Length: Approximately 8 Weeks


Requirements

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and within a healthcare team
Must comply with facility onboarding requirements
Must bring state or federally issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption may be required per facility policy
