We are seeking a reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient-centered care in a clinical or long-term care setting. This role involves supporting the healthcare team monitoring patient conditions and ensuring safe and effective care delivery.

Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care under supervision of an RN or physician
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes
- Administer medications and treatments as directed
- Maintain accurate patient documentation
- Support daily clinical operations
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Assist with patient mobility and daily care needs
- Active LPN license
- Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting
