We are seeking a dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a travel assignment in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting. This role requires strong clinical skills adaptability and the ability to provide consistent high-quality nursing care in a dynamic environment.

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nursing staff
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly
Assist with wound care and basic clinical procedures
Document patient care accurately and timely
Support care plans and collaborate with healthcare team members
Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols
Deliver compassionate patient-centered care

Shift: Day Shift
Shift Time: 06:00 AM 06:30 PM

Contract Length: Approximately 13 Weeks

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
Prior long-term care or travel experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
Must comply with onboarding requirements
Must bring state or federally issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption may be required per facility policy
