Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a travel assignment in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting. This role requires strong clinical nursing skills adaptability and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care while working in a new environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN or physician
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
Monitor assess and document resident conditions
Assist with care planning and implementation of nursing interventions
Communicate resident status changes to appropriate healthcare team members
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Follow infection prevention and safety protocols
Support resident-centered care and quality outcomes

Assignment Details

Start Date: 06/08/2026
End Date: 08/31/2026

Shift: Night Shift
Shift Time: 06:00 PM 06:30 AM

Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours per Week
Contract Length: Approximately 13 Weeks

Requirements

Active LPN/LVN license required
Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Travel nursing experience preferred but not required
Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and workflows
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Must comply with all onboarding and credentialing requirements
Must bring state or federally issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption may be required per facility policy
Commitment to providing safe compassionate patient-centered care
