Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an assignment in a skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care administer medications monitor resident health status and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.

This position is ideal for LPNs seeking travel opportunities while working in a supportive long-term care environment.


Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitor assess and document patient conditions and changes

Assist with admissions discharges and resident assessments

Collaborate with RNs CNAs physicians and interdisciplinary team members

Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Provide compassionate care and patient advocacy


Assignment Details

Start Date: 06/05/2026

End Date: 08/28/2026

Shift: Night Shift

Shift Time: 19:00 07:30

Schedule: Saturday Sunday Monday

Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours per Week

Contract Length: Approximately 13 Weeks


Requirements

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required

Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred

Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team

Must comply with facility onboarding requirements

Must bring state or federally issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times

COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption may be required per facility policy
