Job Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide compassionate high-quality resident care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. The LNA will assist residents with activities of daily living monitor patient conditions and support the nursing team in delivering exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing dressing grooming and toileting
Assist with mobility transfers repositioning and ambulation
Measure and record vital signs and patient observations
Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
Follow infection control safety and facility protocols
Promote resident comfort dignity and well-being
Collaborate effectively with nurses and interdisciplinary care teams

Assignment Details

Start Date: 06/03/2026
End Date: 08/03/2026

Shift: Day Shift
Shift Time: 07:00 AM 03:00 PM

Guaranteed Hours: 37 Hours per Week
Contract Length: Approximately 9 Weeks

Requirements

Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification/license required
Prior long-term care rehabilitation or skilled nursing experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Must comply with onboarding requirements
Must bring state or federally issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption may be required per facility policy
Commitment to providing safe compassionate resident-centered care
Ability to maintain accurate documentation and follow facility procedures
