Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide high-quality patient care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. The ideal candidate will assist patients with daily living activities while supporting the nursing team in delivering safe compassionate and patient-centered care.

This role requires reliability attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to promote positive patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing dressing grooming and feeding
Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in patient condition
Support nursing staff with routine patient care and treatments
Assist with patient mobility transfers and repositioning
Maintain a clean safe and comfortable patient environment
Provide compassionate care and emotional support to patients and families
Follow infection prevention and safety protocols
Accurately document patient care activities and observations

Requirements

Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification (VT/NH)
Ability to comply with facility vaccination or approved exemption requirements
