Job Overview

We are seeking a Travel Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for a contract assignment. The LNA will provide direct patient care and support nursing staff in delivering quality care within a long-term care and rehabilitation setting.

Key Responsibilities

Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Provide support with mobility hygiene and feeding
Obtain and record vital signs
Observe and report changes in patient condition
Maintain patient comfort and safety
Document care accurately and timely
Work collaboratively with nursing and clinical teams
Follow facility and infection-control protocols

Assignment Details

Start Date: 06/01/2026
End Date: 07/13/2026

Shift: Evening Shift
Shift Time: 02:00 PM 10:00 PM
Contract Length: 7 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 37 per week

Requirements

Active LNA certification/license (VT/NH)
Previous long-term care experience preferred
Strong patient care and communication skills
Must have reliable personal transportation
Every other weekend commitment required
All requested time off must be approved before contract finalization
No overtime available
Valid state/federal photo ID required onsite at all times
Compliance with onboarding and health requirements
