Travel HC Recruiter

The Judge Group is seeking a driven and experiencedTravel Healthcare Recruiterto join our high-performing this role you will be responsible for sourcing screening and placing top-tiertravel nurses and allied health professionalsin temporary assignments across the country. Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit qualifiedtravel RNs LPNs and allied health professionalsusing job boards social media ATS platforms and referral networks
• Engage with healthcare-specific job boardsto identify top travel talent
• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel clinicians to ensure a consistent and reliable talent pipeline
• Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications availability and alignment with client needs
• Negotiate pay packages travel stipends and assignment details with candidates
• Partner with account managers and clients to understand assignment requirements and ensure successful placements
• Collaborate with compliance and credentialing teams to ensure timely onboarding and credential verification
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure all documentation is up to date

Minimum Requirements:

• 3 years of recruiting experience preferably intravel healthcare staffing
• Proven success placingtravel nurses and/or allied health professionalsin temporary assignments
• Ability to manage multiple job orders and deadlines in a high-volume fast-paced environment
• Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity withhealthcare credentialing licensing and compliancefor travel roles is a plus
