About the Role

Were looking for a friendly and organized Travel Experience Organizer to help clients bring their vacation plans together. This role is focused on the details that turn a general trip idea into a well-organized experience.

Youll help gather client preferences research destinations and activities organize reservations and keep important trip information in one place. Youll work with a variety of requests so being comfortable switching between tasks and staying on top of details is important.

What Youll Do

• Help organize personalized travel experiences based on client preferences
• Research destinations accommodations activities and transportation options
• Coordinate reservation and itinerary details
• Keep client information and trip records accurate and organized
• Communicate with clients throughout the planning process
• Follow up on outstanding details and updates
• Use online platforms and digital tools to manage daily tasks
• Help ensure clients have clear information before their trip
