Job Summary

Job Title: Travel Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Bremerton Poulsbo Port Orchard & Port Townsend WA
Shift: 1013 Hour AM/PM Shifts
Duration: 13 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours per Week

We are seeking an experienced Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment supporting multiple clinic locations across Washington. This role is ideal for a flexible and patient-focused nurse with dialysis experience who can adapt to varying clinic environments and schedules.

The RN will oversee dialysis treatments monitor patient outcomes and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee dialysis treatments and provide direct patient care

  • Supervise Dialysis Technicians during treatment procedures

  • Monitor patient outcomes and evaluate treatment plans

  • Administer medications and provide patient education

  • Collaborate with nephrologists dietitians social workers and care teams

  • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation

  • Ensure compliance with clinical protocols safety standards and regulatory guidelines

  • Support quality patient care across multiple clinic locations

Requirements

  • Active Washington RN License or Compact License required

  • Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required

  • Previous dialysis experience required

  • Current BLS certification required

  • Acute or ambulatory nursing experience preferred

  • Strong communication assessment and patient care skills

  • Flexibility to work across multiple clinic locations and varying schedules
