Schedule:Monday through Friday 11:30am-8pm (Saturdays based on business need)
Start Date: August 3rd 2026
THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE POSITION
- Contact guests who have purchased vacation packages
- Assist customers inplanning and booking their travel experiences
- Use consultative sales techniques to recommend vacation options and enhancements
- Build excitement and create memorable guest experiences
- Meet performance and sales goals in a team-oriented environment
- Resolve guest inquiries with confidence and professionalism
- Deliver exceptional customer service while promoting vacation experiences
- Accurately document customer interactions and reservation details
- Maintain knowledge of vacation products promotions and travel offerings
- High school diploma or GED require
- Sales customer service hospitality or call center experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a goal-oriented performance-driven environment
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
