Certified Surgical Technologist
Location: Kealakekua HI
Agency: Conflux Systems Inc
Pay: $45 to $50 per hour
Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: ASAP

• Prepare operating rooms for surgery
• Sterilize and organize surgical instruments and equipment
• Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and supplies
• Maintain sterile techniques and infection control standards
• Prepare patients for surgery
• Count surgical tools needles and sponges before and after procedures
• Handle specimens for laboratory testing
• Clean and restock operating rooms after surgery

• Knowledge of surgical procedures and medical terminology
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Understanding of sterile processing and safety protocols

Experience

Experienced in scrubbing general surgeries traumas orthopedics OBGYN and Endoscopies. Need to take call.

• Completion of an accredited surgical technology program
• Certification may be required or preferred such as:
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) through the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting
