Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable Travel Certified Nursing Assistant (T-CNA) for a short-term travel assignment in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting. This role requires adaptability strong clinical support skills and the ability to provide consistent high-quality care across different patient care environments.

This is a travel-based position and is not restricted to local candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Provide personal care including bathing grooming dressing and toileting
Assist with transfers ambulation and repositioning
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Record vital signs and patient observations
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
Follow infection control and safety procedures
Support patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment

Assignment Details

Start Date: 06/05/2026
End Date: 07/17/2026

Shift: Night Shift
Shift Time: 07:00 PM 07:30 AM

Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours per Week
Contract Length: Approximately 6 Weeks

Schedule Pattern: Sunday Friday Saturday

Requirements

Active CNA certification required
Prior long-term care or travel CNA experience preferred
Ability to adapt quickly to new facility environments
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Must comply with onboarding requirements
Must bring state or federally issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption may be required per facility policy
