Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care to residents including bathing dressing grooming and mobility assistance.
• Assist residents with meals hydration and daily activity programmes.
• Observe and promptly report changes in resident condition to the supervising nurse.
• Document care accurately in the facilitys electronic health record system.

Requirements

• Active current CNA certification in the applicable state.
• Previous SNF or LTC experience preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred.
• Compassionate dependable and team-oriented approach to resident care.
