JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 13-week travel assignment in Belen New Mexico. The CNA will provide direct patient care and support residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting ensuring safety dignity and comfort.

This role involves assisting with daily living activities monitoring patient conditions supporting nursing staff and maintaining a safe and clean care environment during extended overnight shifts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing dressing grooming and feeding
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
Record vital signs and document care provided accurately
Support safe patient mobility transfers and positioning
Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards within the facility
Provide emotional support and compassionate care to residents
Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure quality patient care delivery
Follow all facility policies safety protocols and clinical procedures

REQUIREMENTS

Active CNA certification/license
Minimum 1 year of CNA experience preferred
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment
Reliable attendance for scheduled weekend shift
