We are seeking an enthusiastic detail-oriented Remote Travel Advisor to join our growing this role you will act as a dedicated travel consultant designing bespoke itineraries securing reservations and delivering high-touch customer service to clients worldwide.

• Consultative Planning: Conduct comprehensive client consultations to assess travel preferences budget parameters and special requirements to curate tailored travel packages.
• End-to-End Booking Management: Utilize systems supplier portals and reservation software to execute flight hotel resort cruise tour and ground transportation bookings.
• Destination & Industry Expertise: Provide educated recommendations on destinations entry requirements travel insurance local excursions and seasonal travel trends.
• Itinerary Logistics & Coordination: Oversee complex multi-stop trip schedules ensuring smooth transfers timely confirmations and error-free reservations.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain proactive communication with clients before during and post-trip to handle updates address inquiries and resolve unexpected travel adjustments.
• Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous client records booking documents and preferences within our CRM software to ensure repeat business and personalized service.

• Industry Experience: 1 years of experience in travel consulting hospitality sales or remote customer account management preferred but not required.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional time-management capabilities with a proven ability to manage multiple complex client itineraries simultaneously.
• Communication Skills: Professional articulate and engaging written and verbal communication abilities.
