Were growing and looking for a Hybrid Transportation Specialist to join our family. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day takes pride in organization and thrives in a fastpaced dealership environment. Youll support multiple departments help keep our vehicle operations running smoothly and play a key part in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Competitive compensation based on experience

• Monday through Friday schedule: 8 AM 5 PM with a 1hour lunch (no weekends!)

• Drive company and customer vehicles safely around the dealership and to offsite locations

• Write and review loaner contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Assist in managing loaner inventory including tracking availability and vehicle condition

• Stage and organize key and vehicle inventory to maintain an efficient and orderly system

• Perform accounts receivable tasks such as logging payments or assisting with documentation

• Clean inventory vehicles to ensure they are presentable for customers and internal use

• Assist in hybrid tasks across departments including service sales and administrative support

• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment

• Follow all dealership procedures and safety protocols

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities

• Professional communication and customerservice mindset

• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

• Basic computer skills; ability to learn dealership systems quickly
