Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Receive and coordinate vehicle requests from production and internal teams
- Enter and track reservations in fleet management systems
- Check vehicles in and out ensuring accurate documentation
- Communicate with mechanics and staff to align on vehicle readiness and availability
- Assist with basic billing and PO tracking as needed
- Maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams to ensure requests are completed
Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in scheduling logistics transportation or coordination preferred
- 2 years exhibiting clear communication and data entry administration skills.
- 2 years working with and supporting multiple stakeholders vendors and customers
- Comfortable using computer systems (Outlook Excel or similar tools)
- Ability to learn internal systems quickly
- Attention to detail with excellent customer service communication and interpersonal skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
