Job Summary:

National tire recycler has an immediate opening. We are seeking a highly organized bilingual Transportation Manager to lead daily transportation operations manage driver performance optimize routing efficiency and ensure compliance with all safety and DOT requirements. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively communicate in both English and Spanish.

Shift: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with some flexibility

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of local and regional geography route planning and transportation operations
• Fluent bilingual communication skills (Spanish and English) required
• Experience supervising drivers and transportation personnel
• Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation compliance requirements
• Experience managing driver performance and safety programs
• Experience with routing software such as AMCS is preferred
• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred; equivalent transportation management experience will be considered
• Proficiency with computerized routing and scheduling
