Transportation Manager

We are looking for a Transportation Manager to manage and coordinate all transportation activities within the Park City KS location. You will be a valued team member responsible for all transportation activities at the site which includes internal fleet dedicated carriers LTL and contract carriers. Key responsibilities include transportation management (50% of the job) management of personnel (25%) and DOT compliance and safety (25%) and other duties as assigned.

Requirements Experience/Education:

Education: High School Diploma/GED Required.

Supervisory Experience: 3 years of experience managing people; Candidates in the rotational Land OLakes programs (TAP/MMT/DMT) will be considered.

Leadership: 3 years of experience with DOT operations and compliance. Ability to demonstrate successful past leadership in operations warehouse management and/or managing personnel

Technology: proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite smartphones and other hardware/software

Certifications: Current drivers license.

Preferred Experience/Education:

Education: Associates or Bachelors degree in Agriculture Business Engineering Sciences Supply Chain or related field

Supervisory Experience: 5 years or more experience managing people

Regulations/Compliance: 5 years experience working with DOT regulations EH&S programs and other compliance/safety procedures.

Certifications: CDL-Class A License

Salary Range: $81200 - $121800. In most cases candidates offered employment can expect to be hired at a pay rate near the middle of our salary ranges.
