JOB SUMMARY
TheTransportation Coordinatorsoverall objective is toensure thattransportationservicesare carried out in compliancewith Coordinatoroversees transportation staff and third-party vendors toensure safe transport of campers staff and Coordinatorshows a high level of customer service and is committed to resolvingchallenges for all departmentsaround the clock and can perform under pressure.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinating the overall transports that fulfill camp operation needs
Transports include supply runs arrival and departure from airport/bus stations medical transports
Coordinate around the clock transportation coverage for emergency services
Forecastand plan transportation runs prior to guest arrival
Schedule transportation drivers to support camp operation needs
Maintaininternal communicationusing camp directedprotocolandetiquette
Maintain communication with parent/guardians ofcampersusing transportation services
Partner with Director of Operations and Operations Manager for financial reconciliation
Maintain detailed and accurate log of transportation services
Execute tasks suchaspre-season set upend of seasonclosing tasksStandard Operating Procedures review reportingandresource consolidation
Hire trainand developa team ofdriverseach weekensuring transportationservices and other camp operationsare executed to Woodward standards
Execute and enforce the requirements of the Fleet Vehicle Policy
Maintain direct communicationwith medical staff to coordinate all medical transportation
Coordinateunaccompanied minortravel
Secure and maintain weekly communication and rapport with commercial transportation service
Execute scheduling of runs for essential supplies
Maintain safecleanand professional vehiclefleet
Maintain proper operational key documents
Operate vehicles and golf carts to execute assigned duties
Support in leadership roles including cabin checks orientation registration and meetings
Support guest services in phone and front office duties
Carry out the Woodward Guest Services standards Be Safe Be Friendly Be Helpful Be Proud.
Support operational departments in carrying out the Woodward mission in creating a safe and fun environment for all campers.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications
Drivers License required
Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check
Mustbe able to safety drive a 15-passenger van
High School degree or equivalent
Provide work related references upon request
Employment in this position is contingent upon successful completion of all pre-hire background checks including criminal history clearance through the Pennsylvania State Police (PATCH) child abuse clearance through the Department of Public Welfare Motor Vehicle Record if required by positionand federal background screening via FBI fingerprinting
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred experience in leadership
Experience working in a camp environment is preferred

Mandated Reporter Training Certificate
Safesport Training Certificate
Drive Safe Training
PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Physical Capabilities: bend twist push pull stand lift 50 lbs.
Must be comfortable working in an outdoor and indoor all-season environment.
Adhere to all workplace safety practices expectations and guidelines.
