What You Will Do

• Serve as the primary liaison between carriers operations and sales teams.

• Partner with operations to align freight opportunities with carrier networks.

• Monitor service issues and proactively resolve carrier concerns.

• Recruit new carriers through outreach referrals industry events and market expansion initiatives.

• Oversee carrier onboarding to ensure readiness and compliance.
