As a LAZ Van Driver youll safely transport passengers and employees to and from assigned destinations while ensuring every ride reflects our commitment to safety service and professionalism.

Youll be responsible for:

• Safely operating a 7-passenger van
• Delivering the LAZ G.E.T. 100 experience: Greet Engage and Thank every guest100% of the time
• Assisting passengers as they board and exit the vehicle including passengers with ADA-related needs when applicable
• Loading and unloading passengers safely and efficiently
• Communicating effectively with passengers clients and team members
• Working independently while completing daily responsibilities with professionalism and care
• Supporting a safe welcoming and positive transportation experience

What You Bring

• At least 2 years of driving experience
• A valid drivers license
• Ability to read write and communicate fluently in English
• Flexibility to work varying schedules including weekends and holidays
• A dependable safety-focused and customer-service-oriented attitude

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Ability to push pull or lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend at the knees or squat frequently throughout a shift
• Willingness to work outdoors and in changing weather conditions including rain sleet snow heat and high winds
