As we continue to grow were looking for a Transport Operations Manager to help lead our transportation team and drive operational success.

What Youll Do

• Lead coach and develop a team of Drivers and Dispatchers.
• Oversee daily fuel transportation and delivery operations.
• Optimize routes schedules and equipment utilization.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations company policies and safety standards.
• Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support recruiting hiring onboarding and training efforts.
• Resolve transportation and customer service issues.
• Visit driver locations and maintain strong relationships with transportation employees.
• Participate in the transport on-call rotation and provide backup dispatch support as needed.
• Partner with leadership to drive safe efficient and profitable operations.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation:Starting pay at $75000 annually

What Were Looking For:

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three to five years of transportation logistics dispatch or related operations experience.
• Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of transportation operations and DOT regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transportation-related software systems.
• Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Transportation Logistics Business or a related field.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Experience in fuel petroleum or bulk transportation operations.
