JOB DESCRIPTION
The Registrars Office is looking to hire one detail-oriented and bright student to assist in the data entry of academic credits for transfer students. You must have established computer skills and be eager to learn to be successful in this job. If you are HIGHLY detail-oriented and have an interest in database management please apply.
Duties:
- Enter data including student information dates college/university details and course details into Colorado Mesa Universitys student database system and Excel.
- Complete searches within the student database system and transfer evaluation database.
- Research compile and save course descriptions for evaluation by Transfer Manager.
- Download and save received transcripts daily.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of students information and records.
Skills/Qualifications:
High Attention to Detail Computer Skills Independent Problem Solving
