Job Description
Draft review and negotiate a wide variety of business contracts and commercial agreements.
Form and maintain business entities including LLCs and corporations.
Advise clients on business transactions corporate governance and succession planning.
Prepare estate planning documents including wills trusts powers of attorney and related instruments.
Manage probate matters from filing through estate administration.
Draft and review deeds easements transfers leases financing documents promissory notes and other real estate documents.
Conduct legal due diligence for business and real estate transactions.
Collaborate with accountants financial advisors and other professionals to ensure successful client outcomes.
Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering practical business-focused legal advice.
Qualifications
Active Texas Bar license in good standing.
3 years of transactional law experience.
Strong legal drafting negotiation and analytical skills.
Experience with business transactions contracts real estate estate planning and/or probate.
Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
Book of business is highly preferred.
