Training Systems Analyst

Responsibilities:

Provide subject matter expert (SME) support to cyber crew training programs.

Evaluate and modify training curricula and events for optimal performance and alignment with standards.

Assist in the discovery assessment analysis explanation and anticipation of future actions to deliver high-quality analytical products to decision-makers.

Provide training and standardization/evaluation support to subordinate units.

Facilitate guide track and document standardized mission essential tasks across the wing.

Assist mission teams and operators with completing technical tasks and achieving standardization.

Participate in conferences meetings and symposiums to share insights and updates.

Support efforts to ensure consistent and effective training across all levels of operations.

Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

Performs other duties as may be assigned.

Must be a US Citizen.

This position requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer; may occasionally require standing or moving about the office for extended periods.

Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.

Education Experience Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

Minimum of three years of experience with Air Force cyberspace operations training and affected organizations.

Strong understanding of cyber operations training requirements and standards.

Ability to evaluate and optimize training programs and curricula.

Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Work Environment:

Work is performed primarily in a climate-controlled environment.
