Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Training Systems Administrator to manage maintain and optimize the organizations learning and training platforms. This role is responsible for administering Learning Management Systems (LMS) supporting training operations and ensuring a seamless learning experience for employees in a remote environment. The ideal candidate combines technical system administration with a strong understanding of training workflows and user support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Workday Learning Cornerstone or Moodle
  • Manage user accounts roles permissions and course enrollments
  • Upload configure and maintain training content modules and learning paths
  • Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and ensure platform reliability
  • Generate reports and analytics on training completion engagement and compliance
  • Support virtual training sessions webinars and e-learning initiatives
  • Collaborate with HR L&D and IT teams to align training systems with business needs
  • Ensure data integrity system security and compliance with company policies
  • Maintain documentation user guides and standard operating procedures
  • Provide end-user support and training on LMS functionality

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology Human Resources Education Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 25 years of experience administering LMS or training systems
  • Hands-on experience with LMS platforms (e.g. Cornerstone SAP SuccessFactors Moodle Docebo)
  • Familiarity with e-learning standards (SCORM xAPI AICC)
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and system administration skills
  • Experience with reporting tools and data analysis
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a remote environment
  • Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
