Job Summary

Pipeline Requisition Proposal (Anticipated Start: September 2026)
Location:Wright Patterson Air Force Base Dayton OH (subject to award)
Contract Type:Proposal Pipeline Positions contingent upon contract award
Overview: We are building a talent pipeline in support of an upcoming contract proposal to provide advisory and assistance services to Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) to support the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) mission areas including engineering analysis information technology and cyber security with anticipated work beginning inSeptember 2026. This position will support NASICs production of technical intelligence; modernize capabilities; support intelligence community collaboration and Department of War (DoW) mission needs.
Work will be performedon-site at Wright Patterson Air Force Base Dayton OH pending award.
Required Qualifications:
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance (Secret or TS/SCI depending on role)
  • Strong background directly aligned with the technical or analytical specialty area
  • Strong analytical communication and writing skills
  • For some roles advanced degrees (MS/PhD) are preferred
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience supporting DoW interagency or national security missions is highly desirable
  • Experience within the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) community.

Training Support Research Associate
The Training Support Research Associate shall enable Center mission support functions to provide direct support to the technical mission areas providing engineering services across NASIC and the IC to improve the effectiveness of government management processes or procedures. The Training Support Research Associate shall support development and execution of mission training objectives to improve the management and operation of organizations systems or activities.

  • Good interpersonal skills including ability to work independently and within a structured team prioritize tasks show considerable initiative resolve conflicts and handle complaints
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • General understanding of human factors techniques such as customer needs identification human performance assessment knowledge acquisition user/workplace profiles task analysis scenario development user centered design and evaluation system engineering system requirements engineering experimental design and statistical data analysis designing and conducting usability tests among others
  • Ability to use appropriate human factors techniques to work with end users to determine end user behavior preferences and usage models and integrate these into requirements specification and design documents
  • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office including but not limited to word processing spreadsheet design and maintenance and creating presentations
