Major Tasks Responsibilities & Key AccountabilitiesSupervise coach and support Technical Trainers responsible for shopfloor training anddevelopmentLead and facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding programsOversee cross-training certification and skills development for shopfloor employeesConduct training needs assessments and develop training plans aligned with operationalprioritiesMaintain a centralized training calendar for onboarding refresher and role-basedtrainingAudit training completions and ensure accurate tracking and complianceDeliver Team Leader orientation and ongoing leadership training programsPartner with Operations and Quality Group Leaders to ensure training alignment acrossdepartmentsEnsure training processes are standardized and consistently executed across shiftsEvaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements to enhance workforcecapabilityPromote a culture of continuous improvement learning and developmentOther duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications710 years of experience in manufacturing technical training workforce developmentor operationsStrong facilitation coaching communication and organizational skillsKnowledge of adult learning principles and instructional methodsProven experience delivering training to hourly workforce and frontline leadershipPreferred QualificationsBachelors degree in human resources Organizational Development EducationBusiness Engineering or related fieldExperience supporting safety quality or continuous improvement initiativesWorking knowledge of OSHA GMP ISO or similar manufacturing standardsExperience training Team Leaders or first-line supervisorsLean Six Sigma or adult learning certificationsBilingual (English/Spanish)Knowledge Skills Abilities & CompetenciesStrong people leadership and coaching abilityEffective operational decision-making skillsStrong communication and collaboration across cross-functional teamsOrganized proactive and results-driven mindsetAbility to influence and build partnerships with Operations and Quality leadersWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word Excel PowerPoint Teams and Microsoft ProjectJob ConditionsBoth office environment and occasionally manufacturing/factory to noise and temperature RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those required of an employee to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
