Strong customer service orientation with a collaborative approach. An ability to establish rapport easily and build positive relationshipsAbility to deliver creative and effective instruction using multiple modalities including one-on-one classroom teleconferencing web-based training and computer-based trainingStrong attention to detail organizational skills and the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines. A self-motivated and collaborative team current knowledge of organizational and industrial trends and make appropriate recommendations for new or updated training programsKnowledge and understanding of applicable federal and state as determined by the Illinois Department of Human Services and the Companys Corporate Compliance drivers license and driving record that meets insurability requirements as defined by the Companys insurance carrier.
