Position Overview:
Management Solutions is seeking a Training Specialist to supportafederalclientprogram. This roleassiststhe Training Lead in the design development and implementation of training programs that support programobjectivesand operational needs. The Training Specialistis responsible forassessing training needsdevelopingand delivering training materials and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure training initiatives align withfederal clientrequirements andUSACEpolicies andobjectives. This role also supports evaluation of training effectiveness and continuous improvement of training programs and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assistthe Training Lead in the design development and implementation of training programs for thefederal clientprogram.

  • Assess training needs and support development of training strategies and learningobjectives.

  • Create update andmaintaintraining materials guides presentations and supporting documentation.

  • Deliver training sessions and support facilitation of employee and stakeholder training activities.

  • Coordinate with project teams stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure training initiatives align with program goals andUSACEpolicies.

  • Develop evaluation criteria and conduct assessments to measure training program effectiveness.

  • Support continuous improvement efforts byidentifyingopportunities to enhance training content processes and delivery methods.

  • Maintain training records documentation and reporting requirementsin accordance withorganizational standards.

  • Utilize training management systems and tools to track training activities andcompletionmetrics.

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a federal IT environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Education Training Human Resources or a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

  • Minimum of seven (7) years of overall professional experience including at least four (4) years of experience in training and development.

  • Strong leadership organizational team management and strategic planning skills.

  • Experience in training program design execution and evaluation.

  • Strong written and verbal communication facilitation and presentation skills.

  • Proficiencywith training management systems and related training tools.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant certifications such as CPTD ATD or similar training and development certifications.

  • Familiarity withUSACEpolicies and regulatory requirements.

  • Ability to obtaina federalgovernment security clearance.

Work Authorization:U.S. Citizenship is required due to federal contract and/or security clearance requirements.

Working Conditions: This position is primarily performed in an office environment. Employees willbe requiredto use a computer and other office equipment for extended periods. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods andoperatea computer and standard office equipment.
