Summary

The Training Specialist facilitates learning that addresses the needs of the organization. Interactive training experiences may be delivered in virtual and live classroom settings. The day-to-day activities include creating organizing planning and presenting various forms of system and skills training. The successful Training Specialist will build and maintain relationships identify development opportunities and provide exceptional service.

Essential Job Functions

• Content development focusing on blended learning and interactive delivery.
• Facilitate training subjects including but not limited to safety systems service leadership and sales.
• Build and maintain client relationships through effective communication.
• Collaborate with E-Learning Developers and Documentation Specialists on learning initiatives.
• Market and support the Learning Management System.
• Develop a proficient to advanced understanding of the proprietary IMS system.
• Coordinate administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs.
• Develop and maintain positive relations with internal customers coworkers and supervisors.

Education/Experience

• 3 years of virtual training and facilitation experience required.
• 1 year Safety and Forklift Training experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook PowerPoint Word and Excel.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus but not required.
• Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience.
