Training Program Management SME Junior

CLEARANCE: Active DoD SECRET required (must be active at time of application and maintained throughout performance)

Position Summary: The Training Program Management SME Junior provides operational support for training program management reporting and coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking and updating training readiness data
• Support analysis of training performance and reporting metrics
• Coordinate scheduling of training events ranges and facilities
• Assist in development of reports briefings and documentation
• Support quality assurance and coordination efforts

Qualifications

• 8 years of operational training and readiness experience with warfare qualification preferably within expeditionary/MESF communities.
• 3 years of Readiness and Cost Reporting System (RCRP)/ERAS experience.
• Must have proficiency in Advanced Skills Management.
• MS Office Suite Proficiency.
• Must have experience with oral briefings and writing skills to engage with leadership within MESF and organizations within the community of interest and personnel.
• Active SECRET clearance.
