What will you be doing in your role

Mission Site Onboarding Trainings

• • Facilitate training with leadership & frontline staff including coordination scheduling preparation session-specific deck finalization and deliverance
  • Review training materials and identify opportunities for improvement and/or experience enhancement.
  • Represent Padua National on-site for relevant training needs.

Continuous Improvement and Ongoing Support

• • Solicit feedback from Mission Sites Clients and other relevant stakeholders to continuously enhance the delivery of Padua services.
  • Identify training needs and collaborate with the Curriculum and Systems Manager to integrate feedback into the Padua curriculum and relevant systems.
  • Support Padua National Director in peer learning efforts with other organizations replicating evidence-based programs designed to reduce poverty.

Learning Community Organization

• • Coordinate with external teams to support ongoing learning and maximize training and support materials.

  • Build a network and culture of support and collaboration across Padua Mission Sites.

  • Observe Mission Sites operations to ensure activities are aligned with Padua standards identifying training needs or gaps.

Are you the next Padua National Training Manager

• Bachelors degree in Social Work Education Psychology or a related field; Masters degree preferred.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in training coaching or staff development preferably within social services or healthcare.

• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care client engagement strategies and social work best practices.

• Excellent communication facilitation and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with curriculum development and adult learning principles is highly desirable.

• Proficient in maintaining training records and evaluating training effectiveness.

• Demonstrated ability to support staff in high-stress or crisis situations.

• Frequent travel required.

• Full-time position with a starting salary of $65000.Final offer is determined by relevant experience work history education and internal equities.
