- To implement and facilitate training programs for assigned areas of company. Collaborate with the Instructional Designers and test the development of learning activities training materials facilitator guides lesson plans and class schedules. Conduct training sessions monitor effectiveness and recommend program modifications. Investigate operational processes and procedures to determine feasible and effective training solutions. Identify and assess organizational issues and training/development needs. Present findings and recommendations to management. Provide support to branch to meet the business need. Participate in basic/routine tasks of narrow scope requiring basic research/review.
Position: Training Instructor
Experience: Level 1 (1-5 yrs)
Location: Candidate can be located in GPO (Pensacola FL) or WCC (Winchester VA)
**Bill Rate Range: Submit each candidate accordingly based on location (below)**
GPO: BR $40.10/HR - $42.77/HR
WCC: BR $44.57/HR - $47.00/HR
Shift (Time): 8:00am-4:30pm CST
Overtime: OT is not approved for this contract position
Campus Reporting Type: Hybrid with the expectation to report on campus a minimum of three days per week

Contract Length: 6 months from start date
