The anticipated application window will close on August 18 Tasks Responsibilities & Key AccountabilitiesDeliver hands-on training on the shopfloor as and assess employee skills and competenciesConduct onboarding and skills assessments for new and existing employeesDevelop and maintain training material SOP support Work Instructions and visual training aidesSupport cross-training and employee certification initiativesChampion and reinforce Safety procedures PPE requirements and OSHA compliance standardsPartner with Production Quality Engineering and Safety teams to identify training needs and performance gapsMaintain training documentation qualification records and skills matricesMinimum QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent requiredManufacturing ExperienceStrong facilitation coaching communication and organizational skillsBasic computer and documentation skillsStrong communication facilitation and interpersonal skillsBilingualPreferred QualificationsTechnical certification or associate degreePrevious technical training or coaching experienceExperience with Lean manufacturing or TWI programsOSHA 10 CertificationExperience in Industrial Painting Assembly Processes Welding or FabricationKnowledge Skills Abilities & CompetenciesPassionate about implementing change to improve JCBStrong communication and training skillsAbility to present to all levels of the organizationHands-on experience of manufacturing techniquesComputer literate in Microsoft Office toolsJob ConditionsBoth office environment and occasionally manufacturing/factory to noise and temperature RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those required of an employee to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
