At Team Bahen we believe great training creates great teams. Were looking for a creative organized and detail-oriented Content Coordinator to join our growing Training & Development Team.
If you enjoy creating polished documents presentations videos and learning materials this is an exciting opportunity to build meaningful content that supports employee success across multiple SERVPRO franchises.
Working alongside our Training & Development Manager youll help transform ideas policies and procedures into engaging learning resources that employees use every day.
What Youll Do
As our Content Coordinator youll help develop and maintain the materials that keep our employees informed trained and successful. Your responsibilities will include:
- Create and update training presentations videos job aids guides and learning resources
- Build and maintain content within our Learning Management System (LMS)
- Develop and update Company policies procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain the Companys Knowledge Management System to ensure documentation remains current and accurate
- Review and revise training content to reflect process improvements and policy updates
- Collaborate with department leaders and subject matter experts to create clear user-friendly content
- Support Training Department reporting documentation and special projects
- Help maintain a professional organized library of Company training resources

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- One (1) year of experience in instructional design marketing communications training or a related field preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word Excel Outlook SharePoint)
- Experience with presentation video editing or digital content creation software is a plus
- SharePoint and Excel content creation experience preferred
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus

Compensation: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
