CBI provides residential outpatient inpatient physical health medication-assisted treatment and crisis services to individuals experiencing substance use disorder homelessness and mental is the premiere non-profit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona including prevention education and treatment using cutting-edge nationally recognized evidence-based Summary The Training Auditor & Educator is part of the Standards & Compliance team. As an independent team member from other parts of the organization that perform trainings the Training Auditor & Educator objectively reviews the documentation and delivery of multiple training formats including but not limited to new employee orientation seclusion and restraint clinical oversight staffings and on-the-job training. Reviews should result in standardized documentation data for senior leadership and quality improvement and coaching for the trainer. The Training Auditor & Educator is not expected to be an expert in all subject matters but should be skilled and experienced in training and coaching in a professional work school diploma or GED required.
