Training Analyst and Project Coordinator

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

• Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Coordinate training sessions logistics and communications
• Track training records certifications and attendance
• Generate reports on training metrics and compliance status
• Support employees with LMS access and training inquiries
• Improve administrative processes for efficiency and accuracy
• Monitor compliance with required training completion timelines
• Coordinate project activities aligned with company standards

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
• 2 years in training coordination LMS or data management
• Proficiency in LMS platforms and MS Office (Excel advanced)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with reporting analytics and process improvement
• Effective communication and collaboration skills

Salary Range $70000 - $80000 DOE
