Compensation

• $40000 base salary
• Uncapped commission opportunities

On-Target Earnings

• Year 1: $50000$70000
• Year 2: $80000$90000
• Year 3: $110000$130000

What Youll Do

• Build and grow your own book of business through networking referrals community involvement and prospecting
• Develop relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Identify client needs and recommend insurance solutions
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Consistently achieve sales and performance goals
