What Youll Be Doing
- Diagnose and repair trailer and Class 8 equipment issues
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs
- Complete repair orders and maintenance documentation accurately and on time
- Identify and properly classify repairs including:
- Preventative maintenance
- Component failure
- Abuse
- Accident-related damage
- Record parts materials and repair details using company systems
- Document repair stories root causes and corrective actions to support warranty recovery
- Perform welding and fabrication repairs as needed
- Other duties as assigned
What Were Looking For
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 2 years of fleet maintenance experience
- Experience of diagnosing and repairing Class 8 equipment
- Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
- Familiarity with diagnostic software and computer-based repair tools
- Valid drivers license required
- CDL A or B also a plus
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical maintenance tasks
- Proficient English communication skills (speaking reading and writing)
