What Drives Success

The Traffic Clerk IIis responsible forcoordinating shipments and transportation documentation to support the efficient movement of goods. This role manages the end-to-end shipment process ensures compliance with transportation requirementsmaintainsshipping records and metrics and works with carriers and internal stakeholders to resolve transportation-related issues. The ideal candidate is organized detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments from origin tofinal destination.
  • Manage the end-to-end transportation process ensuringtimelyandaccuratedelivery of products.
  • Gather shipment information and troubleshoot transportation andlogisticsissues as they arise.
  • Provide guidance and support in resolving complex shipping and transportation challenges.
  • Prepare review andmaintaintransportation documentation including customs and shipping records.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable transportation regulations and company policies.
  • Track andmaintaintransportation metrics reports logs and distribution records.
  • Schedule cargo to meet customer delivery requirements and timelines.
  • Plan andoptimizeload configurations to maximize transportation efficiency and compliance with load requirements.
  • Communicate with carriers customs agencies and internal departments to support shipment execution.
  • Maintainaccuraterecords within transportation and data management systems.
What We Are Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in transportationlogistics shipping supply chain ora relatedfield.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiencywith computer systems and data entry applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of transportation systems including AS400.
  • Experience with max-load or load-planning transportation systems.
  • SAP experience.
  • Familiarity with customs documentation and transportation regulations
What We Offer

Compensation: This is a salaried non-exempt role. This means that employees are paid a salary and also receive overtime pay when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law). The starting salary range for this role and market is between $39000- $51000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills education experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Employees in this role are also eligible for abonus in accordance with the terms of the Companys applicable plan.
