Team & Role;

The U.S. Renewable Natural Gas desk trades a high value commodity market that interacts closely with regulated biofuels markets and rapidly growing demand for decarbonization products. This role offers an opportunity toparticipateincommodity trading and renewables complex systems for arbitrage and atrack to career paths in TradingOperations Analytics and more within the energy commodities to the Senior Traderandas aTrading Systems Analystyoulloverseedirect management of ourEnergy Trading and Risk Management Platformensuringalltrades positionsand resultingPnLare reflected accurately.Youllcollaborateclosely withOperations to then make sure that deliveries occur flawlessly and work closely with ourPortfolio Management teamtomaintaina clear system snapshot of ourbook.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Trade capture and entrytoDatahive(our ETRM platform)as well as our independent Commercial Dashboard against which it is reconciled
• Datahiveallocation and matchingof buys and sellsin accordance withguidance from the Portfolio Manager
• Counterparty communication:solicitingmonthlyforecasts nominationsandactualvolumes
• Alignment with operations on execution tackling any system issues ornuance tomaintainintra-day accuracy of book positions andPnL
• Produce monthlyPaymentPackages(clear understanding of trade obligationsso as toproduce these monthly summaries)
• Reconciliation supportin conjunction with Operations Risk and the Portfolio Manager

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• 0-3years of relevant work experience
• Undergraduate degree in economics finance math business orotherrelated majoris a plus but notrequired
• Proficiencyin Excel (and/orVBA) and Python
• Stronganalyticalskillsandproactiveattitude
• Comfort with large data sets detail orientedprefers atask orientedrole
• Familiaritywithessentialtradingconceptsandkeeninterestinfinancialand (environmental) commoditiesmarkets
• Possess strong organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to multi-task

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

STX intends on offering the selected candidate a competitive base salary withing the range of $60.000 USD $86.000 based on several objective factors such as relevant experience location holistic skillset and applicable licenses and certifications. The candidate may also be eligible for discretionary compensation asdeterminedannually withinthecompanyfiscal year.
