Purpose: Johnson & Johnson MedTech isseekinga highly organized and collaborative Tradeshow Specialist to support the planning and execution of national conferences and customer-facing events for the Heart Recovery (Impella) business.
You willbe responsible for:
Manage end-to-end tradeshowlogistics: exhibit design coordination shipping drayage on-site setup/tear-down and post-event reconciliation.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (marketing sales technical teams) and external vendors (exhibit houses AV decorators freight) to deliver events on schedule and within budget.
Serve as on-site show lead when supervisingboothstaff troubleshooting issues and ensuring brand standards and safety protocols are met.
Work with marketing to develop exhibit collateral booth messaging demos and lead capture processes.
Execute pre-show planning: staffing schedules attendee outreach support exhibit floor plan approvals shipping manifests and floor planlogistics.
Track event budgetsapprovevendor invoices andproducepost-event cost reconciliations and ROI analyses.
Capture and manage leads: ensure lead-capture systems are configured data is collected accurately and leads are distributed to sales or follow-up teams.
Prepare post-event reports including metrics (leads meetings demo attendees) qualitative learnings and recommendations for improvement.
Maintainand manage tradeshow inventory: booth assets AV equipment promo items and signage.
Keep updated on industry trends new tradeshow technologies and best practices to continuously improve the attendee experience.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of work experience with 4years experiencedelivering trade shows corporate events or experiential marketing programs.
Proventrack recordmanaginglogistics vendor relationships and on-site show execution.
Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent events.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable coordinating across cross-functional teams.
Proficiencywith event software and lead capture tools (e.g. exhibitor apps lead scanners CRMs) and Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
Ability tolift upto 50lbs travelfrequentlyduring event season
Valid drivers license and ability to travel domestically / internationally as.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with exhibit houses and managing booth builds.
Background in marketing or B2B events for industry e.g. healthcare technologymanufacturing.
Familiarity with budget tracking and event ROI analysis.
Certifications in event management or project management (e.g. CMP PMP)a plus.
Experience with virtual/hybrid event platforms and digital lead capture integration.

$79000.00 - $127650.00Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
ubject to the terms of their respective plans employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).This position is eligible to participate in the Companys long-term incentive program.
The Company maintains highly competitive performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporations performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Companys discretion on an individual basis.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation 120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado 48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington 56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay including Floating Holidays 13 days per calendar year
Work Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
