Aligned Talent Acquisition is continually seeking experienced Trademark & Copyright Associate Attorneys for opportunities with Am Law 50 Am Law 100 Am Law 200 regional and boutique law firms throughout the Chicago market.

If you have experience protecting and enforcing brands copyrights and other intellectual property assets Id love to connect.

27 years of trademark copyright and brand protection experience

Experience with U.S. and international trademark clearance prosecution portfolio management and enforcement

Experience handling TTAB proceedings opposition and cancellation actions domain name disputes licensing coexistence agreements and brand protection strategies

Experience drafting and negotiating trademark licenses assignments and related commercial agreements

Copyright registration and enforcement experience is preferred

Experience advising clients on advertising marketing and social media issues is a plus

Strong legal writing analytical and client counseling skills

Excellent academic credentials

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

Illinois bar admission required or ability to become admitted
