A leading international law firm is seeking a Trademark & Copyright Associate Attorney to join its highly regarded Atlanta office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing national and international brands on trademark copyright advertising marketing licensing and intellectual property portfolio matters.

Ideal Background

36 years of trademark copyright and intellectual property experience
Experience with U.S. and international trademark clearance prosecution enforcement and portfolio management
Experience handling copyright counseling registration licensing and enforcement matters
Experience drafting and negotiating license agreements coexistence agreements settlement agreements and related IP agreements
Experience advising clients on branding advertising marketing and social media issues is a plus
Experience with trademark disputes TTAB proceedings or IP litigation support is preferred
Strong drafting analytical and communication skills
Excellent academic credentials
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
Georgia bar admission required or ability to become admitted
