A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Trademark Copyright & Advertising Associate Attorney to join its New York office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing emerging companies Fortune 500 businesses consumer brands technology companies life sciences companies and media organizations in sophisticated trademark copyright branding and advertising matters.

24 years of intellectual property experience with an emphasis on trademark copyright and advertising law gained at a sophisticated law firm

Experience representing consumer brands technology companies life sciences companies retailers manufacturers media companies and emerging businesses

Experience handling U.S. and international trademark clearance prosecution portfolio management enforcement and counseling

Experience advising clients regarding copyright protection licensing infringement and commercialization

Experience drafting and negotiating trademark licenses coexistence agreements assignment agreements settlement agreements and other intellectual property agreements

Experience with Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) proceedings domain name disputes (UDRP) advertising review and brand protection is preferred

Strong legal research drafting analytical organizational and communication skills

Ability to independently manage sophisticated trademark and copyright matters while maintaining significant client interaction

Excellent academic credentials

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

New York bar admission required or ability to become admitted
